The movie is a modern classic. I'll admit it's a little tougher to enjoy after knowing the ending but it's still great to revisit once in a while. There was controversy over this 4k transfer because they did a lot of digital touch ups on actors faces and things like that. For a Ben Affleck Boston version of the movie Heat, this was pretty good. I was pretty invested the whole time despite how closely it paralleled Heat. If you felt like all Heat needed was some Boston accents, this is for you.

This transfer looked great to my eyes. A clear upgrade from the blu ray. Obviously the movie is an absolute classic. I don't know if newer generations would appreciate it the same way that John Hughes movies were appreciated back in the day.

This movie was excellent. I try to go into movies knowing as little as possible and I wasn't aware of the back story here so it wasn't what I was expecting. Pretty heavy and gloomy but excellent.
