Terms, Conditions, and Renter Agreement

1. Availability & Pricing
All titles, inventory availability, and pricing are subject to change without notice.

2. Home Viewing Only
All rentals are intended for private home viewing only. Public screenings, commercial use, or public performances are prohibited.

3. Disc Condition & Responsibility
Renters agree to return all discs in the same condition in which they were received. Additional charges, up to the manufacturer’s suggested retail price or current market value, may apply for damaged, altered, lost, or unreturned discs.

4. Rental Period & Late Fees
Active subscription members do not have due dates or late fees. Per-rental titles must be placed back in the mail within 7 days of delivery or late fees may apply.

5. Authorization to Charge Payment Method
By renting from 3D Blu-ray Rental, Inc., you authorize us to charge your payment method for applicable late fees, damaged discs, lost discs, or unreturned rentals.

6. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to rent from our website.

7. Shipping Area
We currently ship only to residential addresses within the United States.

8. Shipping Method
Most rentals are shipped using USPS mail services.

9. Fraud Prevention & Right to Refuse Service
3D Blu-ray Rental, Inc. reserves the right to suspend, limit, or refuse service if fraudulent, abusive, unethical, or suspicious activity is suspected.
