I'm not a big sci-fi guy, but I rented Blade Runner 2049 for the experience and it delivered. The story is slow and moody, but Roger Deakins' cinematography is the star, and this 4K disc is reference quality. The neon cityscapes, orange haze and deep blacks look incredible, with razor-sharp detail throughout. The sound matches it, with a huge, rumbling score and plenty of low end for your sub. Even if sci-fi isn't your thing, it's a must-rent to show off your setup.

Agreed. This is a modern classic already. One of the best sequels of all time in my eyes. Of course I am a sci fi fan but you hit the nail on the head that it's a great movie to show off your theater setup.
