In the crumbling streets of Treasure Town, two orphaned street kids, Black and White, have no home and no parents - only each other. It is not the yakuza who own the town but them. When a developer moves in to turn the dark streets into an amusement park, he brings in challengers that even the fearless Black will have trouble against.
