Futureworld 4K 09/26 Blu-ray (Rental)

In this sequel to Westworld, director Richard T. Heffron expands Michael Crichton's techno-nightmare into a conspiracy-laced slice of 1970s science fiction steeped in post-Watergate paranoia. Reporters Chuck Browning (Peter Fonda) and Tracy Ballard (Blythe Danner) are invited to inspect the newly reopened Delos resort, a futuristic paradise promising safe, sanitized entertainment — but troubling inconsistencies beneath the polished surface lead them to a sinister conspiracy with consequences far beyond the park, and Yul Brynner returns as the implacable Gunslinger.
