Description

In an apocalyptic wasteland, a pirate radio host fights off mutants and FCC assassins while he travels across America to Hollywood, blasting his illegal broadcast along the way. It’s Road Warrior meets Smokey and the Bandit. RADIO FREE STEVE is a unique and hilarious post-apocalyptic indie epic that features a wide array of familiar faces: Nathan Zellner (Sasquatch Sunset), Dean Haglund (The X-Files), Johanna Stein (Mulholland Dr.), Dave Kendall (MTV 120 Minutes), and many more. There’s even a Boards of Canada song on the soundtrack! VHSHITFEST loves to bring this obscure gem to Blu-Ray for the first time! Bonus Features: 1. Commentary by Director Jules Beesley and Actors Ryan Junell & Jessica Schwartz 2. Interview with Director Jules Beesley 3. Interview with Director Jules Beesley and Actor Ryan Junell 4.
