Rocky 4K UHD Blu-ray (Rental)

I hadn’t watched Rocky in years, and I’m really glad I went back to it. It’s easy to forget just how good this movie is beyond the boxing. The backstory makes it even better. Sylvester Stallone wrote the script and famously refused to sell it unless he could play Rocky himself. That gamble obviously worked out pretty well. This is probably the best I’ve seen the movie look. It’s not the greatest 4K transfer I’ve ever seen, but it’s still a nice upgrade and feels right for a movie from this era...
