Good German 4K Blu-ray (Rental)

Berlin, July 1945. American journalist Jake Geismer, handed a captain's uniform to move more freely through the occupied city, arrives to report on the Potsdam Conference — and to track down Lena, a former lover now working as a prostitute and desperate to escape Berlin. His assigned driver, the genial but brutal Corporal Tully, turns out to be Lena's keeper. When a murdered man's body surfaces in the Russian sector at Potsdam, Geismer may be the only person interested in solving the killing: the Americans are rounding up Nazis for trial, both superpowers are hunting German rocket scientists, and Lena is guarding secrets of her own.
