Though it stars the creators of South Park, and it seems to have some of the South Park sensibilities, this is actually a David Zucker (Naked Gun, Airplane!, High School High) film. Lots of visual gags, slapstick humor, some raunchiness, lots of inappropriate behavior, etc. There is lighthearted non-PC humor, but the roasting is spread pretty evenly against everyone across all the political spectrum.
