X-Men: The Last Stand is a solid entry in the trilogy, and this 4K UHD disc is a nice upgrade with noticeably sharper detail and better HDR color highlights. The image still has a heavy, grainy film look, and some of the darker scenes can feel a bit noisier, so it is not a perfect transfer. Audio is excellent with the DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 track. Overall, it is a worthwhile 4K if you want a cleaner picture and strong sound, even if it does not blow it out of the water.
