Genre: bending horror in the last few years, and this is just another one. I love the use of sound in this film. It's very typical for horror movies to rely on sound for scares, but this film does it in a unique & inventive way that makes jump scares more "realistic". I hate horror movies that use sharp sounds and elevated volumes or pitches to get you into a state of alarm. That's not true horror, that's just manipulating the natural reactions of a human being.
