A very fun and watchable movie. The cast is stuffed with recognizable names crammed into small roles, which adds an extra layer of fun watching the movie ("Hey, that's Lisa Bonet!" "Hey, that's Gabriel Byrne!")
At its core this is a chase movie, with affable, confused, Will Smith being hunted throughout the Washington D.C. area by government-surveillance-tech types. Gene Hackman is his grizzled, reluctant, savior who helps Smith navigate the world he stumbles into.
