X-Men: First Class looks pretty sharp on the 4K UHD disc, with nice color gradations and HDR, but it does not fully pop since the transfer is often a bit dark and has noisy-looking grain. There are also occasional issues like brief focus problems and slight judder in some pans or tracking shots. Audio comes through strong for a 5.1 DTS-HD Master Audio track, so it sounds solid even if the picture upgrade is mixed.
