So if you like Statham and/or Guy Ritchie films this should be right up your ally. In Guy Ritchie style this is a well thought out caper film with lots of twists. Statham and others provide great fight scenes that sync well with the pace of the movie without causing the plot to drag.
Shout can be hit or miss for me, but this one is definitely a hit. Wrath of Man is one of my favorite Jason Statham movies and probably one of my favorite Guy Ritchie movies too.
The 4K transfer looks really good and the audio is strong, especially during the action scenes. The darker look of the movie comes across really well without losing too much detail.
Statham and Ritchie just work together, and I honestly wish Guy Ritchie wrote more of Jason’s movies.
Definitely worth the rental.
