I quite enjoyed this, the last 30 minutes very much a lean forward in your seat, locked in experience. Nice to see Spielberg and Williams combo still has some tricks 50 years on, hopefully they have a few more in them. Some genuinely fun movie magic moments here. Blunt especially good. 4k and audio is high quality, serves the story well, watch on the biggest screen you have.

Maybe the best of the Criterion discs, a beautiful transfer of a classic. The movie is ridiculous in the best possible way, music, pacing, characters, everything is top notch. Large Marge in 4k everything I wanted.

Maybe the best crime movie ever made. Been imitated 1,000 times since, but nothing beats the original. Perfect cast, pacing, music, cinematography, sound design, everything. For such a stellar movie, the 4K disc is a little lacking. HDR a bit drab. Probably due for a Criterion edition soon to make it reference worthy

The airplane stunt alone is worth 12 stars, one of the greatest things ever put to film. However, the rest is pretty mediocre. Too long, not enough of the "fun" of the other MI movies (masks, humor, tricks, gadgets) and is kind of darker and dour through much of it. 4K is a great picture, especially in the IMAX sequences.

An incredible story and so well executed. You will be on the edge of your seat the whole time. Watched this before there was a 4K release, would suggest trying to find that one instead.

Love PTA, but this one just doesn't work for me. Meandering, incomprehensible, long and odd. I've tried to get into it, just can't. Go watch Boogie Nights, Magnolia or One Battle After Another instead.

An all time 5 star classic. Do you really need to read a review of freaking ET?? Spielberg at the peak of his powers, maybe the pinnacle of Hollywood cinema.

When you hear sequel to the Shining it's understandable if your alarm bells go off, but this is actually really well done and interesting. Quite enjoyed it.

An amazing achievement in filmmaking, one of the best war films ever IMO. Nice to get a WW1 film as WW2 always gets the filmmaking glory. 4K release is awesome picture and sound, highly recommend.

One of Guy Ritchie's recent bests. Returning to London crime is like putting on an old sweatshirt. Great cast (especially Hugh Grant who is crushing it) and plotline is fun and interesting.
