DreamWorks Animation adapts Dav Pilkey's beloved books about a crime-fighting hero who is part dog, part man, and entirely brave. After a police dog and his human partner are hurt on duty, a daring operation fuses them into a single being, and Dog Man is born. Eager to impress his chief, the new hero must stop the scheming feline villain Petey the Cat, whose plan to clone himself creates a mischievous kitten. When that kitten unexpectedly bonds with Dog Man, the two enemies may discover that family can unite even the fiercest rivals.
