Description

In a near-future society, no man may become a father without state approval, and four hopefuls are sent to a government retreat in the California mountains for a final evaluation. When they arrive, there is no official, no instructions and no sign of how — or whether — they are being judged. Left alone with a baby doll and mounting paranoia, the four men try to prove themselves worthy of parenthood to an audience that may not exist.
