Buzz Blackwell is a construction worker who finds himself taking care of Patricia, the young daughter of a friend who dies in a tragic accident. Buzz & his co-worker Axel are faced with the task of going to New York with Patricia to find the remaining members of her family. Things go south when Axel spends Patricia's inheritance on a floundering Swedish restaurant in a drunken state of mind. Buzz must suddenly think on his feet & come up with a plan to save the day!
