Breadwinner 07/26 Blu-ray (Rental)

Nate Bargatze’s dry, understated humor works perfectly here. The Breadwinner is light, funny, and refreshingly family-friendly without feeling like it’s trying too hard. Bargatze’s deadpan reactions to the chaos of suddenly running the household provide some of the biggest laughs, while Mandy Moore brings a lot of warmth to the movie.
