Aces Go Places 2 08/26 Blu-ray (Rental)

Disc 4 contains Aces Go Places 2 (1983) on Blu-ray, from a 4K scan of the original camera negative restored by Shout! Studios in 2026, with an audio commentary by Hong Kong film critic James Mudge, the interview 'Soundbites For A Sequel' with assistant director O Sing-Pui, the film's International Cut (aka Mad Mission Part 2: Aces Go Places), and the theatrical and international trailers. Master thief King Kong, bumbling detective Kodyjack and Superintendent Ho team up again, going undercover to bust an underworld diamond deal. Along the way they tangle with lethal transformer robots, evade the American hit man Filthy Harry, cross paths with an escaped mental patient played by director Tsui Hark, and must defuse sensitive time bombs strapped to their own bodies.
