Disc 1 (the 4K UHD disc) contains the film in 4K with Dolby Vision. After an accident leaves him paralyzed from the neck down, Allan Mann (Jason Beghe) is bitter, furious, and sick of everyone around him — until he is given Ella, a helper monkey trained to handle his every need. But Ella starts anticipating his darkest thoughts, and people in Allan's life begin dying: his unfaithful girlfriend, his incompetent doctor, his meddling mother. Allan realizes the devoted little animal is acting on his own rage, and that he has to stop her before she takes over his mind completely. George A. Romero's thriller co-stars Kate McNeil, Joyce Van Patten, Stephen Root, John Pankow, and Stanley Tucci.
