The Rocky Horror Picture Show is still a wonderfully odd, fun musical, with Tim Curry and the songs doing most of the heavy lifting. The 4K picture has a natural film look, with richer colors and better detail in many scenes, though some shots are soft and dark areas can lose definition. The Atmos soundtrack gives the music and effects plenty of space, and the dialogue is mostly clear, even if the sound balance isn’t perfect.
This is a great movie! The music is wonderful and fun The plot is hysterical. Be sure to watch the extended version that includes a scene cut from the original US release.
I did not watch the special features.
