This is a good Japanese horror film. If you enjoyed Ringu, the Japanese Ring original, then definitely give this a go. The acting is good as is the premise. I will note, I thought this was much better than the American remake "The Grudge"

Great 60's crime drama! If you have not seen one give this one a go. Well paced, excellently acted by Marvin and Dickinson, with an engrossing plot, set to a gritty LA backdrop.

One of the great epic films from the 50's and 60's! It is a great watch and the transfer is excellent as many of these films were shot on high quality, large format film with large optic cameras, ideal for 4k transfer! The acting is great as is the story. The visuals are amazing as they are not done with CGI but actual built sets! MGM spent a fortune to make this film and it shows!

There are lots of reasons that Stranger Things is enjoyable. Great acting, fascinating fantasy plot, 80's nostalgia, great visuals! Season 2 pics up where season 1 ends and is overall more enjoyable as it relies on the setup from season 1. Definitely watch season 1 first, but it you have not seen the definitely give it a try!

This is a great medical disaster film. The race against time to stop the spread of the deadly virus to save the town keeps the pacing of the movie quick. All the actors deliver top performances and the plot is well thought out. While it may have a different impact since COVID, it still is just as interesting a film today.

This is an excellent thought provoking film. The acting is wonderful and the story is very engaging. Both De Niro and Williams give top performances. While this is not an action movie, the plot has good pacing and the story developed quickly but does not feel rushed.

This is a great high seas action/adventure film. Russell Crowe makes an excellent British captain. The plot and pacing of the movie are good. If you are looking for an action packed high seas film or really Russell Crowe, definitely give this a try.
